Once accepted into the cohort, the program fee is paid in two stages — never all upfront.

Stage 1 · On enrollment$250Due on acceptance into the research cohort.
Stage 2 · Pre-publication$250Due before the research report is submitted to publishers.
Total program fee$500 USDNo payment due until you’re accepted post-interview.

About the research

This case report will be based on clinical cases currently being conducted in Dr. T’s clinic. The specific research topic, scope, your expected contribution, and all authorship details will be shared with selected candidates during the interview process. No commitment is required before receiving full details.

Interview guidelines

Your Zoom interview is the next step in selection. You’ll be interviewed by a panel of two mentors from The Study Boards. Please follow these guidelines.

Professional or business-casual attire. First impressions matter, even on a video call.

Log in a few minutes early to confirm your equipment is working before the panel joins.

Use a neutral, distraction-free background — a plain wall or clean professional space is ideal.

Technical setup

Stable internet, working webcam and microphone, and quiet environment. Test before joining.
