What your hour looks like

We take a real patient case from the very beginning and test your clinical aptitude in real time — working through why each question matters for that patient, and how you defend every decision you make along the way.

Case-based clinical discussion

We build a patient case from scratch and probe your reasoning: endodontic and periodontal diagnosis, defending the rationale for the treatment plan you recommend, the appropriate wording for each diagnosis, the alternatives you would offer, and the pros and cons of every option.

Radiograph & caries-detection exercise

You are shown radiographs and asked to evaluate the extent of dental caries. Your read is then compared against an expert diagnosis — exactly the way it is done in IDP program admissions — so we can see how you truly look at and interpret a radiograph.

X-ray troubleshooting

We show you X-rays and ask what is wrong with them: what caused the error and how you would fix it. It sharpens the diagnostic eye that panels expect from an experienced clinician.
